This black splitter uses a C14 plug at the power-source end and 2 IEC C13 connectors for equipment fitted with C14 inlets.
ConnectionC14 plug mates with an IEC C13 PDU outlet; each C13 connector mates with a C14 equipment inlet. The stated current applies to the complete splitter assembly.
